In continuation of FAQ series on the subject matter of "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗣 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 - 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱", here is the Thirty-First question is answered below in the series.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀
1. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Before starting, check for novelty and ensure no similar designs currently exist.
2. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Create the application including representations of the design from multiple viewing angles.
3. 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Submit the prescribed form along with the required documents and fees.
4. 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Design Office reviews the application to ensure it is complete and correct.
5. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The design is examined for novelty,originality, and overall registrability.
6. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: If the office raises any objections, you must respond within the prescribed time limit.
7. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Once accepted, the design is registered and published in the Patent Office Journal.
8. 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲: The registration certificate is generally issued within 𝟭 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 of publication.

𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱: E-filing is available through the 𝗜𝗣 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹.
